As all our items are hand made to order, we have long waiting lists for our items. Please allow approximately 6-8 weeks from received payment for dispatch of your order . We may dispatch before this date, depending on our work load and stock supply. which can vary through out the year.
We require approx 25-30 working days to dispatch your order *plus* the postal time paid for, until the delivery of your order. All dates given are only estimated. Please be prepared to wait up to 8 week in our busy times.
Unless an earlier delivery is pre-agreed with us BEFORE your purchase.
Delivery will then be within 3-5 working days of dispatch if you are in the Uk.
Over sea orders please allow approx 6 weeks dispatch + 2-3 weeks to delivered. All or items are hand crafted and made to order with a personal caring touch .
Once custom orders have been placed we are unable to cancel , refund or exchange on hand made to order items, so please be sure to check our dispatch and delivery times to your country before purchase.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal postal service.If you are not available when your parcel is delivered, the delivery driver will leave a calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
Please be aware that international customers that your parcel can be delayed by customs checks. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed ,so please be sure order in plenty of time .
we cannot be held accountable for these delays no matter how long they may be.
We do not accept returns for delayed parcels that do not arrive within the estimated time, due to delivery delays that are beyond our control
Any Customs charges/ VAT charged by your country that may be due are the responsibility of the buyer.

Thank you for you understanding**Once an order is placed we are not able to cancel the order, as all our items are custom made to order and purchasing of the supplies needed to make your items will start within just a few minutes of your purchase.
Please be sure to check the dispatch/delivery dates for each item prior to your purchase and be sure to order in plenty of time to receive your items for your event. We cannot cancel any paid orders due to dispatch times when it is the buyers miscalculation. A credit note (VALID FOR 3 MONTHS fro date of issue) may be issued but only at our discretion and only if we have not gone to far into the construction making process for your order.
Rush orders required before our above dispatch times may be accommodated for a small charge - please enquire BEFORE your purchase to see if we can accommodate the date for your rush order.
Your order will require a signature upon delivery.
All orders sent via tracked delivery method on economy 3-5 working day delivery. Please check your order thoroughly upon receipt of delivery. Any discrepancies MUST be notified on the day of delivery. If you require a faster /express delivery method please ask before your purchase.
Once ordered, your chosen products are hand made to order in a private workshop, We do not have retail premises so collection of your order cannot be offered at this time.
